This 2023, the team is set to compete against numerous great football teams like Ohio State, Indiana State, Akron, Louisville, and many more! Do you want to learn if the team stands a chance against these teams? Then keep on reading to learn more about the players!

Andison Coby

Andison Coby is currently part of the Indiana Hoosiers since 2022, but he was part of the Tennessee Volunteers before this. Coby played a total of five games for Tennessee in 2021. He is a wide receiver, and since he’s still a junior, you can expect to see Coby’s face until his last year on the team.

Andison Coby started his career in the Hoosiers against Idaho. In 2022, he appeared in 12 games and ten starts. Coby is indeed a player to look out for in the NFL drafts. So be sure to check out this 6’ 2” wide receiver’s NFL draft odds occasionally.

Noah Pierre

Noah Pierre started in 2019 for the Indiana Hoosiers, and he’s currently playing as a defensive back in his senior year. In his first year (2019), he appeared in 10 games and made six tackles in his first year!

In his second year as a junior, Pierre started six times and played in the field for about 12 games. He made 36 tackles in 2021 and amazingly stopped a punt that was supposed to be a touchdown win for Idaho.

His career soared in his junior year, and many fans are excited about what he can do next. Pierre appeared in 12 games and started about seven times. He also managed to tackle about seven times against Illinois. In addition to Andison Coby, Noah Pierre is someone to look out for in the NFL draft.

David Baker

David Baker was a defensive back and a wide receiver back in his school at Scecina Memorial High School. He finished his career here with 164 receptions for 2,263 yards and 31 touchdowns. Baker set the high school’s all-time mark for catches, receiving touchdowns, and yardage.

With high hopes and a great background, David Baker entered the Indiana Hoosiers in 2020, where he made his collegiate debut and contributed to their Maryland win. In 2021 and 2022, the player didn’t get any game action. However, he’s set to play in 2023, show off his skills, and make up for the lost years as Hoosier’s wide receiver.

Cam Camper

Another wide receiver that will play for the Hoosier is Cam Camper, a senior. The most notable thing about Camper is that during his collegiate debut, he logged about 156 yards, which is the most received made by a Hoosier football debut player.

Camper is also one of the eight Hoosiers (in history) to make multiple double-digit catches in their career at the university. Recently, he also won the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Player of the Week, thanks to his amazing debut performance against Illinois. Cam Camper is in his last year to play for the Indiana Hoosier, and you can bet he’ll make it memorable. Be sure to keep your eyes on Camper this season!

Jordan Grier

In high school, he played defensive back at Cedar Grove High School, with Miguel Patrick as the head coach. He was an exemplary student who did baseball and track and field and was at the top of his class! He made about 56 tackles in his junior year in high school, contributing to his recent success in the Indiana Hoosiers. Currently, Jordan Grier is also a defensive back for the Indiana Hoosiers; he’s currently a junior.

In his collegiate debut in 2021, he contributed to Hoosier’s win against Idaho, making his first career tackle during their game against Rutgers. In his sophomore year, he appeared in 12 games; and made numerous tackles against Illinois (which contributed to the Hoosiers’ win), Cincinnati, and Nebraska.

Final Thoughts

The Indiana Hoosier is mixed with players from different backgrounds and hometowns, but they all have the same will: to bring their ranks to the top and enter one of the top NFL teams. With a competing basketball program in their university, you can expect that the football program will try its best to make the football program known to people.

Most of these players are in their senior year, so many will try to make it memorable as they proceed to NFL drafts and find a career for themselves. If you’re looking for players to put your money on, look no further because players like Camper are here to win.
